Health Alert!
If your child is feeling unwell or showing any cold/flu or gastro symptoms please keep them home and call the school to report your child's absence. We want to ensure our community heads into the Christmas season as healthy as possible! Thank you for your assistance with this.
Canteen Manager - St Agatha's Primary (Commencing 2023)
Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for the part-time, ongoing position, Monday and Wednesday 9:00AM - 2:30PM (FTE 0.27) of Canteen Manager to commence 30th January, 2023. This is a Category B Level 2 position under the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children. Please contact the school office for the detailed position description.
The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check.

Foundation Enrolments for 2023 have closed.
Foundation Enrolments for 2024 will open in March 2023.

Planning for 2023
Are you leaving St Agatha's Primary School at the end of 2022?
If your children (Foundation to Year Five), will not be returning to St Agatha's next year, please advise the school office as soon as possible. This will help us with planning, as we have waiting lists for some Year Levels.
School Fees
2022 Fees are now overdue and were to be finalised by the end of November, unless other arrangements are in place. If you are experiencing financial difficulties or have any questions please contact Janine Scrivener via email jscrivener@stacbourne.catholic.edu.au or ring the school office.
Final statements for 2022 have been issued.
Reminder: It is not too late to apply for a concession if you have forgotten to do so (Pension and Health Care Card Holders)
2023 Concession Applications were sent home recently to those families who received this benefit in 2022. Please complete them and return to the office as soon as possible. Please attach a copy of your Pension/Healthcare Card.
To be eligible for 2023 you need to have a valid card as at the 27/1/2023 - if you have not had an application this year, please see the office to obtain a 2023 Concession Application.
