Physical Education

This week our Prep and Grade Three students headed to the pool. The swimming program was a great success and lots of fun was had! A lot of tired children I’m sure.

Back at school, students played a variety of their favourite games in the gym, on the oval and on the outside basketball courts!!! Prep classes enjoyed having some of the wonderful Grade 6 students teaching them some new games! 

ART

We are very excited to be sharing some of the art that the students have been working on in 2022 at the Christmas Fair. We hope you enjoy!

STEM

It’s been another busy two weeks in STEM. Including Grade 6’s continuing their unit on experiments, while the grades 2-4 have been working on a variety of engineering and coding activities! Grade 5’s were great role models out in the garden as they helped their new buddies plant their own sunflower. We can’t wait to see how they’ve grown after the holidays!

Indonesian

In our final session of LOTE, students enjoyed one of their favourite Indonesian games, congklak! We had lots of close, competitive games and some very happy winners! Students also made Kartu Natal (Christmas cards), practising their Indonesian with a special message inside.
