Grade 6 Camp

Year 6 were fortunate to attend an overnight Outdoor Education Camp at Murray Life Adventures. The students participated in a number of activities that pushed them out of their comfort zone and challenged their teamwork skills and resilience. The night was spent around a camp fire and sleeping under the stars in tents the students had set up. Students had an amazing time and it will surely be the highlight of their school year.

Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden

Year 3 and 4 students have thoroughly enjoyed creating, baking and eating Pizza Scrolls this week. They are a super simple recipe for students to make at home. Perhaps you could make a big batch on the weekend and freeze them for school lunches. Delicious!

Get Happier Project

With the slight easing of Covid restrictions, Year 6 students have begun adapting the Community Based wellbeing events that have been organised as part of our School Pastoral Care program.

Recently, and in the coming weeks, a large number of Get Happier events will be occurring. These have been project managed by the students and have the intent to improve community wellbeing.

Today during lunch; Tom, Alfie, Sienna, and Matilda organised an epic battle of Bombardment between the two Year 6 classes. Fittingly, at the end of play, the game finished in a 2-2 draw; with students shaking hands and looking forward to a potential rematch.

We look forward to the upcoming projects created by the Year 6 students over the next few weeks.

K-2 Mini-Assembly

This morning we held another mini-assembly for K-2, where Mr Rudge handed out some well-deserved awards to the students. They also had the chance to meet the School's newly appointed School Captains.

A Trip to the Barn

Our Kinder students got to watch our farm lambs being sheared for the first time! Shearer Mark Connors, assisted by the Year 11 Primary Industry students, kindly showed the students the process which most had never seen before.
