Moama Recreation Reserve Community Open Night
We are looking forward to being part of the Moama Recreation Reserve Community Open Night on Friday 20 November. The event runs from 6pm – 8pm and will showcase the recent upgrades to the Moama Recreation Reserve. Friends, family, children and even your pooch are invited to attend. Find out more at https://yoursay.murrayriver.nsw.gov.au/moama-recreation-reserve-open-night.
The School is very fortunate to be part of the Recreation Reserve User Group, and extends our congratulations to the Murray River Council and community on the upgrades to the facilities. Our students and the school community benefits from the first class, well maintained grounds and facilities.
Information Technology
During the year the School has been continuously improving our IT services, with a particular focus on cyber security and protecting the school and student data. We are also excited to be investing in the nbn Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) service which will provide high speed internet. It is possible that this could be installed prior to the new school year, or at least by the end of Term 1 2021.
Bike Racks
Over the last few months we have had a significant increase in the number of students riding to school. In the interest of everyone’s safety we request that students dismount and walk with their bikes on the school footpaths. Our maintenance team are in the process of installing additional bike parking racks.
