It is wonderful to now have all of our students back on site at school. School is a very quiet place without students.  

It has been such a blessing to have our first building project completed. We are using every available space in our new building! It is quite amazing to think how far Wyndham Christian College has come in the past 18 months.

I am excited to let you know that work will commence soon on our next building project (see floor plan underneath). We hope to see the first sod turned in December/January, with a finish date by October 2021. 

The next project is bigger than our first project. This stage will include 8 new classrooms, a staff office area, more student toilets and an undercover double basketball court. Four of the new classrooms will be purpose-built specialist facilities for art, music, food technology and science. These specialist rooms are required for us launching Year 7 in 2022. This project will be located next to our first building project.

I would like to especially thank our Head of Campus, Jen Trodden, and our wonderful staff for adapting so quickly to remote learning and ensuring we maintained our high-quality education for the students of WCC. With COVID restrictions lifting, I am so glad that I am able to travel across to Wyndham at least twice a week. I do hope to see you all on site again soon.
