Newspaper trawls statutory bodies using FOI

FOI Solutions has received requests for assistance from several statutory bodies in relation to an “Easter Special” FOI request from a daily newspaper.

The FOI request is in identical terms and seeks access to “copies of the agendas and minutes for all [agency name] Board meetings held from 1 January 2015 to the date of this request”.

The request is dated in February 2016 but has only been sent to agencies during this past week.
