OSHClub Newsletter #1 Term 1 2018

Program update:

· Welcome back Parents and students! We can't wait to make 2018 a fun year at Before and After school care

· We would like to welcome Emma our new assistant at the program! She is currently studying teaching and will be working with us every afternoon from 3- 5:30.

· Children that are anaphylactic or asthmatic must have in date medication at the program when they attend. Unfortunately we can not take children who do not have their medication at the program.

· We would love to hear your suggestions on activities your children like to participate in, please leave a note in the 'Suggestion Box'.

· We will be ordering a large quantity of sports equipment, arts and craft, games and much more in the coming weeks for your children to enjoy while they are at BSC and ASC.

· As it is term one we must ensure the children have a hat and sunscreen when they go outside. Please provide your child with sunscreen if they are sensitive to 'Coles Brand Sunscreen'.

Before School Routine:

7:00-8:30- Free Play, planned activities, Breakfast and games

8:30- 8:35- Pack up and morning meeting

8:35- 8:45- Group game

8:45- Children are dismissed, prep students are taken to class by OSHClub leaders

After School care Routine:

3:30- Children arrive and are signed in (prep students are picked up from classrooms)

3:45- Roll call and afternoon meeting

3:45-5:00- Planned activities and free play

5:00- Group meeting and pack up

5:10-6:00- Group games
