Doctors in Secondary Schools Survey

Parents are invited to participate in a survey to inform the evaluation of the Doctors in Secondary Schools program, which is a program that seeks to provide more accessible primary health care to secondary school students, by offering GP services on school premises. The Department of Education has asked Synergistiq, an independent consulting company based in Melbourne, to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.

Your feedback will be used to learn about what is working well and what can be improved. In addition, a class of Year 10 and Year 12 students will take part - if you do not wish your student to participate please advise the school no later than Friday 21st June 2019.
