Cooking/Patisserie

Four Year 10 students, Zoe-anne Holden, Christie Gibson, Nyeisha Lammon and Halle Fitzgerald-Petts. have recently been involved in the TAFE Trade Taster Days. Participants are exposed to a variety of trades including building & construction, hair & beauty, barber shop and cooking/patisserie. 

We supervised the student's work in the commercial GoTAFE kitchen, on Friday 7th June, and we were very impressed with the girls work ethic and effort in preparing a variety of desserts.
