Positive Behaviour Support

Celebration Day - THURSDAY 1st August

The students have voted and the day is ‘Wheels Day!’

Our whole school data indicates that collectively we have achieved over 3000 acknowledgements.  A big congratulations to students as they continue to ‘Fly High’ at Kilsyth. We are proud of the behaviours they are showing - Excellence, Resilience and Respect.

Thursday 1st August students can bring anything from home (with permission) that involves wheels eg: bikes, scooters, roller skates, skateboards, toy cars or prams.  Please note that students must bring a helmet if they are riding or skating. Classes will be timetabled for a wheels session throughout the day.

Keep your eyes peeled on our social media pages for photos.

Monday 5th August

We have been nominated by the Melbourne Head Office for Health & Wellbeing to a higher department in the A.C.T for our work around Bully Prevention.  As a school we are proud of our journey to develop social and personal capabilities within our students.  The team that are coming to check us out will be here Monday afternoon to chat with students and our PBS team.  We look forward to letting you know what they say about our positive climate at KPS!
