Tree planting

On Monday afternoon the Foundation L and GL classes planted two healthy gum saplings in the Napier Street Garden. These will (hopefully) grow up into beautiful gum trees (Big One =  Corymbia Citriodira (lemon scented gum), Small One = Corymbia ficifolia (wild sunset - red flowering gum)) and provide a great, shady place to play as well as offering more habitat for local insects, birds and animals.

A big thank you goes to Jo and Clive Evans (of Year 5/6 Toast Masters fame) for making the generous donation AND thanks to Greg Rodwell (Felix S's dad) for digging the excellent holes.

Check them out next time you're on the Napier Street side.
