Upper Primary 4

This semester we have been keeping busy and learning lots in UP4. 

UP4 have been enjoying and working with rhyming books, their favourites were Edward the Emu and Macca the Alpaca sets. 

Our writing has been based around composing a variety of amusing rhyming sentences. A daily focus in Maths is developing language around shapes, visiting ordinal numbers and describing how objects are positioned. Our students look forward every week to using their creativity in Design and Technology.  

They are following and sequencing the visual steps to create their own sensory products. In Science we a have been experimenting and identifying how toys, play equipment and objects move around us. 

On Fridays they work with recognising special places we need to look after inside and outside of school, through Geography. We certainly will be busy little bees leading up to Christmas.
