Community Engagement Term I

Community Engagement:

Our annual Year 7 BBQ was held on the 18th of March.  We were blessed with perfect weather as we welcomed the newest members of our school community with a barbecue dinner.  Our principal, Ms Koziaris, introduced key members of the Student Services team to our parents and a number of our student musicians entertained the audience.  A great evening was had by all.

Walkathon:

Preparations are in full swing for our main fundraiser, the annual Walkathon, to be held on the last day of this Term, Thursday the 1st of April.  All students received their donation forms earlier this term and should be busy collecting pledges from family, friends and their local community.  Our goal this year is to raise $15,000 for the Monash Children’s Hospital in Clayton, which equates to approximately $30 raised per student.  Please assist us in raising much-needed funds for this magnificent organisation.

Open Night:

Our College will be on show during our Open Night, to be held on Thursday the 29th of April.  All learning areas are busy planning their displays and ensuring that visitors to our College on this important night are able to immerse themselves in the many interactive activities curated for them.  The night will begin with a presentation in our Theatre at 6.30pm.
