K Hazel Edwards have been learning so much!
In Learning Centres KH have been learning all about places within our community.
In the Story Centre students have been writing stories about places they have visited.
Over in the Construction Centre students are counting blocks and using them to create local places. In the Ocean Centre students have been comparing shells and ocean animals. In the last session students decided they wanted to create an ocean habitat.
Gardening sessions have also begun!
KH have had a wonderful time in the garden and adding their fruit break scraps to a compost bin. It's been great to learn through this hands on experience.
