At the start of the term it was great meeting all my new teachers. There wasn’t much on this term but what was on was really great. The swimming carnival was lots of fun, I tried to participate in many events. The whole day was really enjoyable I laughed so much with my friends and it was cool watching the dance competitions.
This term in media we have been looking at expressive lettering. Due to public holidays and the five days of remote learning it took us all term to complete the final work. I was really pleased with my final piece. Food tech has been one of my favourite subjects, we have been cooking a variety of food from healthy burgers to focaccia's. The best part of it was laughing and joking with Janis.
Year 9 Outdoor Education surf trip was a blast. Students were super well behaved, the weather was beautiful and the swell was perfect. With plenty maybe even all of the students hanging 10 on their boards (standing up).
Gypsi Canham was able to convert her skateboarding skills across to surfing and was the star of the day. After many failed attempts Gabrielle Bailey finally got the hang of things. Little Connor Chappell was the surprise of the day standing up multiple times. Will Ingram must have been dumped the most and it was believed Lincoln Kaczkowski had the most fun.

Mr Molineux's Year 9 Wood Design class have created a design brief and built a wooden table. Over the course of the term they have learnt new skills and techniques to which assisted them with creating and designing their own tables.
