Dear Parents and Carers,

Stage 3 Camp to Canberra

Early on Monday, 1 May, Stage 3 students and staff departed OFPS en route to Canberra for their 2 night, 3 day excursion to Canberra. It was an amazing experience where memories were made to last a lifetime! Some of the venues that the students got to explore were:

• Parliament House
• Museum of Australian Democracy
• The Royal Australian Mint
• The National Museum of Australia
• Questacon
• The Australian Institute of Sport
• Canberra Zoo and Aquarium

Oak Flats Public School would like to acknowledge the Australian Government through the PACER (Parliament and Civics Education Rebate program) for the $45 per student contribution that helped reduce the overall cost of the camp.

Stage 3 students would also like give a big shout out to our parents and carers for giving us the opportunity to go on this amazing adventure! Thank you!
