Pyjama Day

Free dress for a good cause

Last Friday, Northcote High School had a free dress day to support the Pyjama Foundation. The Pyjama Foundation gives children in foster care the opportunity to change the direction of their lives with learning, life skills, and confidence. To support this amazing charity, we all came to school in pyjamas or loungewear, with a gold coin donation, which was collected in connect. All throughout the school, students were wearing some awesome pyjama pants and many other pyjama related outfits. Everyone looked super comfortable and super cosy! During lunch, there was a screening of the classic film, “The Parent Trap”. We pulled out some mats to sit on and everyone who attended enjoyed the film, while eating their lunch. The movie had a great turnout! As a school, we raised more than $650 for The Pyjama Foundation!
