Year 7 Talent Search

Terrific talents on show 

The Hall was buzzing last Thursday as our whole Year 7 cohort enjoyed the skills on show in the inaugural Year 7 House Talent Search. We had some excellent acts from the students, with some wonderful piano performances including third place winner Oscar Pelham and honourable mention Zara Langmead. Tom Corovic wowed us with Metallica’s Master of Puppets on the guitar for second place, and there were some terrific dancers including first place winner Will Chamberlain. Will recreated a dance from Napoleon Dynamite. The crowd and judges were impressed with Will’s stage presence.

Thank you to our impressive musical guests including Senior Strings and Lewis Cook from Year 11. Thank you to Ms Brogan for all her hard work organising this day and well done to Mr Scanlon on his entertaining poetry.
