Self Defence Workshops at Aerostrike

Thank you to Stavros at Aerostrike Martial Arts for running engaging and informative self-defence workshops for the Year 9 cohort. The Year 9 students complete this excursion each year as an introduction activity to Year 9 Health and PE. Northcote High School has been completing this excursion for over 10 years and keep returning due to the positive feedback and participation from students. Well done to all Year 9s who participated in the Aerostrike excursion. Stavros was very impressed with your enthusiasm and willingness to give every activity a go!
