Support available for navigating the results period

Congratulations to all our Year 12 VCE students as they complete their classes for the year and head into revision and exams. Remember that there is support available for students as they transition into their plans for 2024 and beyond:

Students can make an appointment to discuss their plans anytime, including after they have completed classes/exams.

Although Year 12 students will no longer be attending school, we are still here to support you through transition.

Year 9 Morrisby update

Next week we will be conducting interviews for 265 Year 9 students who have completed their Morrisby profiling assessment. Students can see the event for their interview via Compass schedule. It is very important for students to attend their interview on time. Students who are late or do not attend their scheduled interview may not be able to reschedule for another time. Students who have an issue with their interview time have been asked to see Booma in Careers (M11) this week to discuss options.

Young Endeavour youth scheme

The Young Endeavour provides a unique experience for people aged 16-23 to sail a tall ship, challenge themselves and build interpersonal skills. Not only do you learn to sail and maintain the ship, each voyage provides for a trip along the coast, swimming, island visits and spotting whales and dolphins.

To be eligible for this program you need to be an Australian citizen, aged 16-23, be able to swim 50 metres, weigh less than 120kg and be in general good health. Cost is approximately $2200. To find out more and apply for the ballot head to www.youngendeavour.gov.au/apply-now or call 1800 020444
